These terms govern the YesYeah website and digital products offered by Orivo Cloud LLC. The initial product collection is being prepared; product-specific terms will be displayed before checkout when sales begin.
Products and orders
We provide original downloadable templates, planning tools, and design resources. Product contents, compatibility, price, currency, delivery method, and license details will be shown before purchase. An order is accepted only after successful payment confirmation.
License
Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. Customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or make the source files available to others.
Payments and delivery
Payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider. Digital files are delivered electronically after successful payment. Delivery and refund terms are described in our Delivery & Refunds Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use products unlawfully, or remove ownership notices from files.
Availability and changes
We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue website content and products. We will not materially change the terms of a completed purchase retroactively.
Disclaimer and liability
Products are provided as described on the applicable product page. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by applicable United States and Wyoming law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a customer's location.
