Delivery & refunds
YesYeah sells digital products directly to customers. We do not ship physical goods. The initial collection is currently being prepared and no orders are accepted until checkout is made available.
Digital delivery
When sales begin, a successful payment will provide immediate access to a download link on the confirmation page and by email. Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking product compatibility before purchase.
Access problems
If a download link is missing, expired, or does not work, contact kenowudilong@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement link after confirming the order.
Refunds
Because digital files cannot be returned after access, completed downloads are generally non-refundable. We will provide a replacement, correction, or refund when a purchased file is materially defective, substantially different from its description, or cannot be delivered.
Requests must be sent within 14 days of purchase and include the order email, product name, and a description of the issue. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
